Services

We test your chargers and place them into service

For new installations, and for chargers coming back after a repair or a red tag.

Testing

We test AC and DC chargers with calibrated test equipment, to California's EPO-52 or NIST's EPO-30, whichever the site's jurisdiction uses.

Placed-in-service report

We file the placed-in-service report, and you keep the test record for every charger.

Weights & Measures

In California, we send the test to the county and invite its inspector to meet us on site to apply the official seal.

Retesting

After a repair or a red tag, we retest the charger and return it to service.

Testing is performed by our California licensed service agent (license #36231, RSA #5143), NCWM-certified for EVSE.

Every test we run is kept on the True Charge platform, where you can see your sites and chargers.
